After several years of work, this museum, which forms part of the MUHBA (Barcelona History Museum) museum system, has been inaugurated. The Barcelona Neighbourhood Plan has provided the 2.6 million euros that the refurbishment and adaptation of the space has cost.
This museum will house, in co-management mode, the “Vilabesòs Study Centre – Archive”, an initiative of the local residents within the framework of the working programme “Let’s make the Memory of Bon Pastor” carried out between the Bon Pastor Neighbourhood Association and the Polis Research Centre at the University of Barcelona.
