THEORIES OF REPRESENTATION. Conference in tribute to Dr. Lino Cabezas

LINO CABEZAS. Full Professor of Drawing at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona, he has been one of the mainstays of the POLIS Research Center and the Master in Urban Design. This day of homage takes the name of the subject that for several years has taught in the Master.

Lino Cabezas is a recognized specialist in subjects of Drawing and of its paper in the History of the Art and in the Theories of the Representation.

 He has had a long academic career at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona where he was director of the Department of Drawing and vice-dean of Research and at the ETSAB (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya).

His long research career, as part of various R + D + I projects, has resulted in the direction of doctoral theses and the publication of reference titles in the area of teaching and research on Drawing. Among its publications, it should be noted:

Now, when it is time to retire, his colleagues from the Research Center and the teachers of the Master, we offer him this little academic tribute.
